Talkshow on Radar TV with TDS
This is Ramadhan month. All people is fasting this month. They will get breakfasting in the evening on magrib time. What is so special in this month? So many things that are so special.
One of the special things is the people's custom in every afternoon to welcome the time for brakfasting. We usually call it as "Ngabuburit". Ye, that is our custom that the society do in every afternoon.
Because of its custom, so many people participate on it. Not only that, but also the media used to participate in welcoming Magrib time. They always have a program related to Ramadhan and Ngabuburit.
Radar TV is one of the local TV that makes a program in ramadhan related with "Ngabuburit time" and we are from Tasikmalaya Debating Society were invited to join in that program. The name of the program is Top Request, but inside of it, there is Talkshow program with Tasikmalaya Community. We are as one of the community in this great city were asked by the host of Radar TV, her name is Linda. We were asked so many things related to our community. Beginning from the reasons on why we create this community, the purpose of our community, who can involve in this community, what the program of community is until we were asked to perform the Debate simulation. It was so awesome, guys. The audiences or the viewers also were very enthusiastic watching this TV program. It was proven by so many messages from them to tje host. They are from many districts of the city. In addition to, there was also the viewers interested in joining with TDS.
Furthermore, we also would like to give many thanks to Radar TV for the cooperation, Asia Plaza for the venue, the host of Radar TV, and the members of TDS.
Because of that, we can socialize TDS using TV media while we wait for the Breakfasting time.
TDS believe in Education and Power of Thinking to lead the better change.

National Debate and Public Speaking Seminar 2015
National Debate and Public Speaking Seminar held in Hotel Taman Mangkubumi Indah on 14th of June 2015 was done. It was the great event in Tasikmalaya with the theme "Break the fear, show your confidence and speak the truth!". This seminar was followed by 130 participants from senior high school students, university students and the teachers. All participants were enthusiast joining this event. Their curiosity were so high to ask the questions to the speakers. The speakers were Mr. Puthut Susilo Akbar, S.Pd. from Kampoeng Inggris-Pare East Java and Luthfi Abdurrahman from ITB, he has got many champions fron many tournaments in international and national debate. He also is an employee of USA Embassy. Those speakers were very great in explaining the materials both public speaking and Debate.
This seminar was organized by Tasikmalaya Debating Society supported by Education Board Tasikmalaya, and sponsored by Waterboom Sukahaji, Kedai Oishi, CV Sumadikara, Nafiri FM,and Rumah Kue Melati Sari.
NDPS 2015 was an amazing seminar that the motivation of the participants were boosted. Yea, every participants expect that this seminar will always be conducted every year.
Responding the participants expectation, this seminar will be conducted in many campuses around Tasikmalaya, Ciamis, Garut, Banjar, Sumedang and Pangandaran. So, wait for our coming i8n your campus.

3. Pay the Reg fee 50K for the member card, pin and the debate book. You may transfer it to BNI 0384272965 a.n. Anggiawan Nugraha
4. Capture the payment proof and send it to WA or BB of Anggiawan Nugraha
5. Wait for the confirmation

What is TDS?
Our members are from the students of junior high school, senior high school, university, the teachers and the professional workers.
This Community is established since the end of 2014. Although, it is still young, but we have held and joint many events. The events joint were: 1. TDS was invited to be a speaker and adjudicator of Siliwangi Workshop and Economy Debate Competition in 2015. 2. TDS was invited to become the adjudicators of EDSA's Debating Competition inter senior high school students in 2015. Then, the events conducted was NATIONAL DEBATE AND PUBLIC SPEAKING SEMINAR 2015. The speakers were Uphie Abdurrahman and Mr. Puthut.
We also always do the practice. It is held in many cafes. The most frequently cafe is Kedai Joglo Semar, they have accepted us to cooperate. We can share, we can speak English, we can give opinion and debate. Not only that, but also we can do the practice in Alun-alun Tasikmalaya.
No to mention, this community has been supported by EDUCATION BOARD IN TASIKMALAYA.
